Join Coastside Dems to see the blue wave happen!

Hello Democrats:
Election Day is only two weeks away and if Democrats are going to win, Democrats have to vote!!! Join us on Saturday and Sunday in El Granada as we contact voters in 2 flip-able congressional districts and let them know how to vote early and where their polling places are located.
Democrats Josh Harder in CD 10 and TJ Cox in CD 21 are counting on us to supply the grass roots energy they need to beat Republican opponents who ignore the needs of their constituents while following every immoral, illogical and illegal directive that comes out of the White House.
Have you had enough of this insanity? Then take action and join us!!
What: Phone bank to FLIP IT! in 2018
When: Saturday and Sunday, October 27 and 28, 1:00-6:00 pm  Two shifts: 1:00-2:30 and 2:30-6:00
Where: Home of Kathy and Rick Klein, 771 San Carlos Ave, El Granada
Bring: A charged cell phone, charger and lap top or tablet
First time phone banker and El Granada resident Alok Gupta said the time he spent calling voters last Sunday was definitely worthwhile.
We’ll train you and provide the support you need to be successful.
This election matters and your participation will make a difference. There’s not much time left. Join us NOW!!

Voter Registration at the Pumpkin Festival

The Club registered 56 new voters at the Festival. Thanks to all who worked at the booth! President Doreen Gerrity was interviewed by Pacific Coast TV. Long-time member John Lynch was as active as always, advocating for candidates and issues.

TJ Cox event is now open to the public at no charge!

Please join us to hear this exciting California Congressional candidate. He is running against a well-funded Republican in a district that was won by Hilary Clinton. He can give us some insights about what campaigning is like in the Central Valley. Take advantage of this great opportunity!

Voter Registration Training!

The Coastside Democratic Club is hosting a Voter Registration Training on Saturday, September 22, from 1:00 until 3:00 pm at the home of Kathy and Rich Klein, 771 San Carlos Ave, in El Granada.

With recent changes to the regulations for registering voters in California, it’s essential that all 2018 Voter Registration (VR) volunteers attend a two-hour training session to learn more about these changes, ask questions and sign up for upcoming local VR events. The Pumpkin Festival is a lively event each year and we want to make sure all our volunteers are prepared to accurately register as many voters as possible over the two days.

While it’s essential to expand the number of eligible voters for Democrats to be successful on November 6, our efforts are strictly non-partisan and we register anyone who is eligible to vote regardless of party affiliation. We’re counting on you.

TIME: 1:00 – 3:00 PM

At the light on Hwy 1 at the harbor go east onto Paloma Ave. Follow it up the hill 4 blocks. Make a sharp left turn onto San Carlos Ave. 771 is on the left near the end of the street.
